Rivera Greens, a new housing tract being built on County Road in Clarence, NY is being designated by the National Association of Home Builders as the first eco-friendly, energy star housing development in all of Upstate New York. It looks very impressive and will hopefully serve as a model for many future developments. A few of the unique features are geothermal heating, windmill powered street lights, and building materials acquired from within 100 miles of the building site.
